       Stenospeed.com's live and dictated sound files
range in speed from 40 to 230 words per minute.  The
files can be used in a multitude of ways:

• Transcriptionists - Open your word processing application
  and type as you listen to the dictation.
  
• Stenographers - Practice speedbuilding by using dictation at
  a higher speed and then dropping back to your desired speed.
  
• Court reporters (stenotype and/or voicewriters) - Increase speed
  and develop your ear for new terminology, accents and types of
  proceedings.
  
• Realtime writers and captioners - Write to your CAT system
  and build your dictionary as you listen to the sound files.
  
• Secretaries - Train for a new position by learning legal and/or
  medical terminology. Improve your knowledge of business English.
